They also received a lot of applause from netizens for giving the world a lesson in discipline. In a new video, fans were seen assembling on the streets to celebrate Japan’s win against Germany at the FIFA World Cup currently being held in Qatar.

In the clip, fans can be seen gathering along the sidewalk of the street to celebrate Japan’s 2-1 win against Germany. As the clip goes on, the traffic light turns red and the fans gather on the street to cheer loudly. But as soon as the signal turns green, people disperse to the sidewalk again.

“Japan fans are so courteous that their public street celebrations after beating Germany are only conducted when the traffic lights are red,” reads the caption.
