By India Today Web Desk: Avatar: The Way of Water is one of the most awaited films of the year. The sequel to the blockbuster Avatar (2009) is making all the headlines currently. To keep up with the excitement, James Cameron has now dropped a new trailer of Avatar 2, which is visually compelling and emotionally engaging. The new trailer sees giant dragons ruling the sky and two rival clans coming together to wage a war against the humans. Avatar the Way of Water is an epic science-fiction drama, written and directed by James Cameron.



This new trailer shows a closer look at Jake Sully's tribe Omaticaya turning to the Metkayina tribe, led by Cliff Curtis' Tonowari, for help when they're in real danger. Despite some tense rivalry between the two clans, they join hands to go in a war against the humans who are plundering the planet. The trailer shows everyone learning to fight their own battles and riding on dinosaurs in the picturesque sky.

On November 2, the official Twitter handle dedicated to Avatar: the Way of Water shared its trailer to pique the curiosity of fans. The over two-minute long video takes us back to Pandora and re-introduces to certain familiar sights. Going by the trailer, the film will revolve around the Sully family's attempts at escaping a grave danger. It, unsurprisingly, features a few intense action scenes that are likely to be an important part of the narrative. There are also a few biting dialogues that pack a punch.

While development of Avatar began in 1994, James Cameron couldn’t begin filming at that time due to the lack of necessary technology, which was significant to achieve his vision.
