Actor-politician Kamal Haasan hospitalised, Suspicious packet with pistols, cash found in J&K's Samba
Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan was admitted to Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre (SRMC) on November 23. According to reports, he was hospitalised for a regular health check-up. Reportedly, he developed a fever and was given treatment for the same. It is said that the doctors advised him complete rest for the next couple of days. The actor got discharged today, November 24. Recently, he met his mentor and legendary director K Vishwanath in Hyderabad and photos of the two are going viral on social media. Police on Thursday found a suspicious packet in Jammu and Kashmir's Samba district, prompting them to call a bomb disposal squad. The Vijaypur area, from where the sealed packet was found, has been cordoned off. "Police team from Vijaypur police station recovered one suspicious sealed packet today in the field near Chhani Manhasan in Samba, following reliable inputs. The spot is undisturbed and intact," Additional SP Surinder Chaudhary was quoted as saying by news agency ANI.
