As the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic took everyone by surprise, we were faced with surging demand for oxygen, ventilators, necessary medicines such as Remdesivir vials, and RT-PCR test kits. The demand was overwhelming and supply limited. It would have taken us a while to ramp up capacity quick enough to meet the surging demand.

That was the time when the global community quickly realised the need to step up their efforts and come to the rescue of Indian patients. After all, it has been a global challenge for more than a year now. The international community has been generous with items such as rapid test kits, oxygen cylinder regulators, ventilators, and oxygen generating plants.

We have them all catalogued here. You can track the foreign aid item-wise or on the basis of countries of origin. It will be updated on real-time basis and with the help of data provided by the ministry of external affairs.
