Railway police officials at Coimbatore station rescued a man who had slipped and was about to fall under a moving train when he was exiting it. The incident was captured on a CCTV camera.

A man who slipped and fell from a moving train had a miraculous escape after the railway police came to his rescue and prevented him from falling on the racks. The entire incident was captured on a CCTV camera.

A passenger, Sivakumar from Salem went to Kannur in Kerala and returned to Coimbatore. Unfortunately, he had fallen asleep and woke up at the last minute when the train was leaving the station. In an effort to get down, he tried to leave the train which was moving.

However,

Sivakumar slipped and fell on the edge of the platform and was about to fall under the moving train when the railway reserve police officials who were on duty saved the life of the old man in the blink of an eye.

The officials who came to Sivakumar's rescue were chief constable Ramesh, constable Marimuthu, assistant inspector of Railway Protection Force, Arunjith and lady head constable Mini. All of them rushed to the man's rescue and dragged him from the edge of the platform to safety.

The incident occurred at around 11.15 pm at the Coimbatore station platform. After the incident, Sivakumar was sent to the Coimbatore government medical college for treatment.
